Is it possible to have a crime "erased" from an adult store?
My husbands years ago slapped our son. We had a fight at the time and I called the police on him. He was charged with endangering children offense. My goal was at the time to force him into counseling, because he was an abused child himself and I do not want the inheritance passed to my children. It worked, the courts have been mounting in anger management classes, he resisted and they slapped him back into jail when it arrived he went to group therapy, has learned the lessons they teach and I had more problems with him in respect something like that. But now he is on his record and he believes it may be preventing her from obtaining employment to those who do the audit history. It was 14 years ago, my son is almost grown now and can verify that his father never repeats something like that since, and never hurt or touched in any way wrong the other children. Is it possible for the file should be released?
In some states, for certain crimes. In some cases, they simply do not. Call the clerk of the county court in your county.
