did i ruin my diet??!!?
I’ve been doing pretty good and today I was 95 pounds which is like..the perfect weight for me. So i got this huge loss of self-control and I ended up completely pigging out. I ate 1 1/2 peanut butter sandwiches, like a bunch of pudding and jello and a personal sized box of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and a bowl of fruit loops. idk what came over me. I got on the scale about an hour later and I was 101.4 pounds!! 
Did i seriously gain that much weight??? Help!!
just a note im 4′11″ and small frame so 95 pounds is the healthy weight for me
So, if you are 95 lbs., you must be about 5′2 inches, or about 13 years old. Maybe you ate so much because you are so skinny to begin with. I am pretty thin, but 95 is small. Try to eat healthy and then don’t worry about calories. Eat protein in meat, too.
