According to the four Gospels of the Bible, Jesus Christ worked many miracles in the course of his ministry. These miracles can be classified into four groups, such as healings, exorcisms, the resurrection of the dead and control over nature. The largest group of miracles mentioned in the New Testament link cures. The Gospels give varying amounts of detail for each episode, sometimes Jesus cured simply by saying a few words, other times, employs materials such as spitting and mud. Isaiah chapter 53 speaks of the suffering servant, Jesus Christ, the Messiah. Acts 10:36-38 describes its nature and its mission while here on earth. The word of God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) That word, I say, you know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached, how God anointed Jesus Nazareth, the Holy Spirit and power that was doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him. Here are some of the miracles recorded in the New Testament. The table below provides a list miracles of Jesus from the beginning of his ministry until his crucifixion in the canonical Gospels.
